The Greater Delmar Chamer of Commerce has named Harry "Bunky" Naugle as its 2003 Citizen of the Year.

Naugle will be recognized at the annual Citizen of the Year Dinner on Thursday, Nov. 6 at the Delmar V.F.W. on State Street. The reception will begin at 6:15 p.m., with introductions at 6:45 p.m. Dinner will be a buffet of beef and dumplings and will be servevd at 7 p.m.

Tickets cost $15 per person. They can be purchase by mail at the Chamber address: P.O. Box 416, Delmar, DE 19940; or at the following businesses: Bank of Delmarva, Delmar office; Delmar Town Hall; Wilmington Trust; or Cookie Bouquet. Checks should be made payable to the Greater Delmar Chamber of Commerce. Tickets must be purchased by Oct. 30 to insure reservations.
