The Blue Raiders snapped a two-match losing streak with a Henlopen Conference triumph on Tuesday, Oct. 21.
Rene Mendoza scored two second-half goals to give the Raiders some breathing room. Joey LeBlanc and Blake Little scored in the first half to lift the Raiders from a 1-0 deficit.
Woodbridge dominated the match as it outshot Lake 35-17. Goalkeeper Richard Idler came up big with 15 saves. Woodbridge is now 6-7.

A direct kick with 10 minutes remaining lifted the Raiders to their second consecutive win on Tuesday, Sept. 30.
Now 4-2 in the Henlopen Conference, Woodbridge completed a comeback from a 2-1 first half deficit when Joey LeBlanc punched in the game-winner on a direct kick.
The Raiders tied the match 2-2 on a goal by Matt Kroeger with 2:00 left in the first half. They had taken a 1-0 lead on a goal by Travis Graves.
Goalkeeper Richard Idler recorded 15 saves for Woodbridge, which tied Sussex Tech 21-21 in shots and led 5-3 in corner kicks.

The Blue Raiders, behind goalkeeper Richard Idler, posted a Henlopen Conference shutout on Thursday, Sept. 25.
Idler stopped 17 shots for his second shutout of the season, while Machelle Williams and Matt Kroeger notched second-half goals.
Woodbridge and Seaford tied 16-16 in shots. The Raiders are 3-2 in the conference.

The Blue Raiders made it two straight with another Henlopen Conference win on Thursday, Sept. 11.
The Raiders again came on strong in the second half as they broke a 1-1 tie on goals by Machelle Williams and Rene Mendoza. Williams assisted on Mendoza's goal.
Joey LeBlanc gave Woodbridge a 1-0 lead in the first half. Goalkeeper Richard Idler had another outstanding night in the net with 16 saves. He has recorded 31 saves in the Raiders' first two outings.

The Raiders broke open a 0-0 halftime tie on goals by Rene Mendoza and Machelle Williams barely two minutes apart.
