Latest word is another FIPD Officer submitted his resignation this afternoon. Whose fault is his leaving to be blamed on? Are we going to have any police department left before people start to wake up?

You are 100% correct. Officer Smull resigned yesterday. That leaves Hudson, Kaplan and two uncertified officers that are presently going through Delaware compliance training.
In other words, there are only three officers on the streets right now ... and one will be gone in a month. No new word on the streets about any Delaware officers going to work there. Imagine that!
How long it will take for the two Pennsylvania-trained officers to finish their Delaware training; learn the policies, procedures and general area of Fenwick Island; discover they have started working in and for the #1 corrupt town in Delaware (if not the East Coast); and finally resign after only a few short days/weeks/months of employment?
Does anyone see a pattern here?

To Friend of Fenwick:
Like stated before there is not one police officer from sussex county that will be willing to work for fenwick island. sussex cop is not dumb enough to work there. If they would get rid of counsultant Lloyd Glenn Hudson, then fix the council's problem they might be able to get some good officers from within the state to work for Fenwick Island. Oh by the way Fenwick has no hope!!

Friend of Fenwick,
As re-iterated by Resident Evil .. you couldn't pay me (or any other intelligent Delaware police officer) a million bucks a year to work for Fenwick Island. As a sidebar story, they can't get out-of-state certified officers to stay there as well.
As for me being Fenwick Island's last hope ... that's not me. That officer just resigned ...

any person asking about a law enforcement job in sussex county is being told not to even think about applying for FIPD (joining could be hazzardous for the honest, hardworking, caring individual less they fall into the hands of the corrupt ruthless adminstrator)
