Indian River School District ... Open Houses in IR School District The Indian River School District will hold open houses for parents at all of its schools late this month and throughout September. Indian River High School will host its open house in Frankford on Thursday, Sept. 2, from 7-9 p.m. Sussex Central High School in Georgetown has scheduled its open house for Wednesday, Sept. 22, at 7 p.m. Following is a list of the elementary and middle school open houses: East Millsboro Elementary Sept. 2, 1999 -- Kindergarten at 6 p.m.; Grade 1 at 7:15 p.m. Sept. 13, 1999 -- Grades 2-3 at 7 p. m.
