Will Focus on Development's
Impact on Sussex Coast

Two seminars on the negative impacts of development on the quality of life in Sussex County's coastal region will be held on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2001.

The seminars will be held in the Bethany Beach Town Hall for residents of the Bethany, Ocean View, Fenwick Island and Selbyville areas and in the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center for residents of the Rehoboth, Dewey Beach, Lewes and Milton areas.

The keynote speaker for both sessions will be Richard Klein, president of Community & Environmental Defense Services.

The Bethany seminar will begin at 9 a.m. The Rehoboth seminar, in Suite 2 of the convention center, will begin at 2 p.m.

The seminars are sponsored by the Save Our Coastal Community Legal Defense Fund, the Citizens Coalition Inc., the Sierra Club, and Sussex Women in Motion.
