It's Halloween
Parade Time
SELBYVILLE -- The annual Selbyville Halloween Parade drew more than 1,000 people to the town on the southern edge of the state on Wednesday, Oct. 27, 1999.
The Indian River High School Band led the parade and was followed by numerous costumed youngsters vying for prizes from the parade's judges.
A parade in Milford the same night drew an estimated 30,000 people.
Rehoboth Beach gets into the parade act on Saturday, Oct. 30, with its annual Sea Witch Festival and parade.
