OCEAN VIEW -- The Lord Baltimore Elementary School Parents-Teachers Organization in Ocean View had another picture perfect day for its fifth annual Coastal Music & Arts Festival on Saturday, Sept. 25, 1999. The event features games and activities for kids, food from local restaurants, arts and crafts from local artists, entertainment on the band stand, environmental exhibits. This year's festival featured a piano solo by Miss Delaware 1999, Kama Bolan. The event draws more than 1,000 people each year and typically earns the PTO more than $15,000 -- enough for its entire annual budget. Lord Baltimore Elementary School has 575 students in Grades K-5 in the Indian River School District. ![]() |
