Minor Damage ![]() A Nor'easter blew into the Sussex County coast overnight from Tuesday, March 21, to Wednesday, March 22, causing minor damage along the coastline. The storm brought strong, sustained winds and heavy rains to the region Tuesday evening and didn't let up until mid-morning Wednesday. Flooding occurred in the usual spots (such as Pennsylvania Avenue in Bethany Beach, shown above), and numerous limbs were blown to the ground. A couple of trees were also toppled (below).
