The Bucs ran into another Henlopen Conference Northern Division juggernaut in unbeaten Dover.

Milford scored its lone touchdown on a 3-yard run by R.J. Chandler with 20 seconds left.

Before that, Dover, led by state scoring leader Pierre Bowers, ran off 35 points including touchdown runs of 8, 1 and 7 yards by Bowers and 17 and 11 yards by Lawrence Dixon.

Bowers finished with 186 yards rushing. He leads the state with 162 points.

Milford fell to 2-5 overall and 0-3 in the Henlopen North. In three Henlopen North games this season, the Bucs have been outscored 111-20.

Dover is 3-0 in the North and 8-0 overall.

Milford next hosts Sussex Tech on Friday, Nov. 2, at 7:30 p.m. Tech had this week off. The Ravens are 1-2 in the North and 5-2 overall. They defeated Cape Henlopen, 27-22, on Friday, Oct. 19.
