The Cape Henlopen High School football team dropped to 1-7 overall with the Henlopen Conference Northern Division loss.

In falling to 1-4 in the Henlopen North, the Vikings suffered their fourth straight loss.

In those four losses, the Vikings have scored only 9 points and have been shut out twice.

Dover scored a touchdown in each quarter, with quarterback Collins Evans scoring on runs of 22 and 11 yards and Creighton Walker scoring on a 17-yard run and a 33-yard pass.

Cape concludes its 2002 season with a nonconference game against St. Mark's on Friday, Nov. 15.
