Smyrna 30, Milford 0 The Milford High School football team's mid-season swoon continued with the Henlopen Conference Southern Division loss. Shut out for the second week in a row, the Bucs fell to 3-4 overall with their third straight loss. They are 0-3 in their first season back in the Henlopen South. On Friday, Milford's offense couldn't get untracked again. Since scoring 41 points in a win over Polytech, the Bucs have scored only 7 points in their last three games. The Bucs committed five turnovers against Smyrna and Smyrna turned four of the turnovers into points. The shutout marked the third time this year Milford has been blanked. The Bucs have also shut out three opponents. Milford will try to get back on the winning track with a Henlopen South game against visiting Woodbridge on Friday, Nov. 1, at 7:30 p.m. Milford Index | Sports Index |
