Sussex Central 5, Sussex Tech 4 The Ravens fell victim to a four-run fourth inning by arch-rival Sussex Central. David Witt and Morgan Schirmer contributed two hits apiece for Tech. Sussex Tech 8, Indian River 5 The Ravens were led by Morgan Schirmer's double as they scored seven runs in the first inning. Jeff Marsh threw five innings to collect the win. Sussex Tech 11, Delcastle 0 The Ravens opened their season with a slaughter rule-shortened nonconference victory. David Witt went the distance with 6 strikeouts. He gave up only 2 hits.
