The Golden Knights pulled off the shutout with eight pins, including an overtime pin by Josh Lowe at 112. Central is 11-1 in dual meets this season.

The Golden Knights became the 95th straight Henlopen Conference dual meet victim of Caesar Rodney before a packed house at CR.
The win all but clinched a seventh straight conference championship for the Riders, who rose to 11-0 while Central slipped to 10-1.
With the meet starting at 119, Central fell behind 15-0 before reeling off four straight wins to go ahead 18-15.
Casey Strohmeyer started the run with a technical fall, which was followed by a pin by Jordan Lowe at 145, a decision by Wyatt Hall at 152, and a major decision by Raheim Brunskill at 160.
The Riders, however, stormed back with three straight pins for 33-18 advantage following the 215-pound match.
After a decision by Central heavyweight A.J. Rovillard, CR then clinched the outcome with a pin at 103 for a 39-21 advantage.
Sussex Central 78, Woodbridge 6
The Golden Knights barely had to break a sweat as they tuned up for their big Henlopen Conference dual meet at Caesar Rodney on Friday, Feb. 1, at 7 p.m.
Against Woodbridge, the Knights took advantage of six forfeits while winning all but one of the contested matches by pin.
Winning by pin were Josh Lowe at 112, Jeremy Milam at 119, Orion Cameron at 130, Jason Dickeson at 135, Casey Strohmeyer at 140, Jordan Lowe at 145, and Raheim Brunskill at 160.
Jordan Lowe posted the fastest pin with his fall in 31 seconds, while Josh Lowe also won in the first period with his pin in 1:29.
The win sets the Knights up for yet another battle with six-time defending conference champion Caesar Rodney for the conference title. CR remained unbeaten, as well, on Wednesday with a 66-0 victory over Indian River.
Sussex Central and CR are both 10-0 in the conference entering the pivotal match. The Riders have shown no letup from their state championship season last year as they have won 94 straight conference dual meets.
In dual meets against the top conference teams, Sussex Central has beaten Smyrna 43-27 while CR has beaten Smyrna 51-15, Central beat Lake Forest 49-25 while CR beat Lake 40-25, Central defeated Laurel 52-9 while CR defeated Laurel 52-12, and Central downed Polytech 41-31 while CR beat Polytech 38-12.
Central lost to CR twice last season, including 29-27 in the state dual meet tournament.
The Knights were the last conference team to beat CR back in 1995.

The Golden Knights rolled to the Henlopen Conference dual meet triumph over their cross-town rivals with six pins and three technical falls.
Winning by pin for the Knights were Richard Dondarski at 125, Orion Cameron at 130, Jason Dickerson at 135, Casey Strohmeyer at 140, Wyatt Hall at 152, and A.J. Rovillard at heavyweight.
Technical falls were recorded by Jordan Lowe at 145, Raheim Brunskill at 160, and Brett Cordrey at 171.
The win over Sussex Tech raised Central's dual meet record to 9-0.

The Golden Knights scored a surprisingly easy victory over the challengers from the Henlopen Conference Southern Division.
Central rolled out to an 11-0 lead and after a Laurel decision made it 11-3, put the outcome out of reach with nine straight victories.
The Knights posted three straight pins in the middle weights by Casey Strohmeyer at 140, Jordan Lowe at 145 and Wyatt Hall at 152. Lewis Day also pinned his opponent at 189. Josh Lowe posted a technical fall at 112.
Winning by decision were A.J. Rovillard (heavyweight), Derek Waughen (103), Richard Dondarski (125), Orion Cameron (130), Jason Dickerson (135), and Brett Cordrey (171).
In the night's marquee matchup, Central's Raheim Brunskill nipped Laurel's Ben Ralph, 2-1, in two overtimes.

The Golden Knights rolled to the Henlopen Conference triumph with 8 pins, two technical falls and two forfeits.
The Knights broke open a 6-6 tie after the 189 match with 11 straight wins before Delmar's Lawrence Sinagra stopped the run with a 3-2 decision over Raheim Brunskill at 160 in a marquee matchup.
After Brett Cordrey started the Knights off with a pin in the night's first match at 171, the Knights got a decision by Weldon Bagwell at 215, a pin by Derek Waughen at 103, a pin by Josh Lowe at 112, a pin by Richard Dondarski at 125, a technical fall by Orion Cameron at 130, a pin by Jason Dickerson at 135, a pin by Casey Strohmeyer at 140, a pin by Jordan Lowe at 145, and a technical fall by Wyatt Hall at 152.

The Golden Knights fell behind 19-0 early but rallied in the upper weights to overcome the defending Henlopen Conference Southern Division champions.
Central, in rising to 5-0 in dual meets, began its comeback in the 130-pound match when Orion Cameron recorded a major decision.
A decision by Tyler Dickerson at 135, pins by Casey Strohmeyer (140), Jordan Lowe (145) and Wyatt Hall (152), a forfeit, and two more pins by Raheim Brunskill (171) and Lewis Day (189) followed and gave the Knights a 43-19 lead entering the final two matches.

The Golden Knights remained unbeaten in the Henlopen Conference with another big victory.
The Knights lost only two matches to Seaford as they rose to 4-0.

The Golden Knights took advantage of seven forfeits in rolling to the Henlopen Conference win over their district rivals.
Raheim Brunskill won by pin in 46 seconds to lead four Golden Knights who posted falls.
Also winning by pin for Central were Tony Milam at 119, Jordan Lowe at 145, and Wyatt Hall at 152.
Josh Lowe was the Knights' other winner with a decision at 112.
The win over Indian River raised Central to 3-0 in the conference and overall.

The Golden Knights rose to 2-0 in dual meets behind three pins and two major decisions against a surprisingly stubborn Polytech squad.
Richard Dondarski got the Knights' first pin at 130. Raheim Brunskill moved up to 171 and earned a pin there, and A.J. Rovillard sealed the outcome with a pin in the heavyweight match.
Polytech had a chance to win entering the heavyweight match as it trailed Central only 35-31.
Registering major decisions for Central were Orion Cameron at 130 and Jordan Lowe at 140.
After Lowe's major decision and a decision by Derek Waughen at 103, the Knights fell behind 12-y when Polytech recorded pins at 119 and 125.
Cental recaptured the lead for good on Dondarski's pin and Cameron's major decision, but even after getting forfeits at 145 and 152, Polytech didn't go away.
The Panthers pulled within 29-18 with a decision at 160 and following Brunskill's pin at 171, pulled within 35-30 on back-to-back pins at 189 and 215 to set up the decisive heavyweight battle.

The Golden Knights rolled to the victory in their Henlopen Conference dual meet opener with six pins.
The Knights got pins from Joshua Lowe at 112, Trevor Wharton at 125, Richard Dondarski at 130, Jordan Lowe at 145, Whatt Hall at 152, and A.J. Rovillard at heavyweight.
Dondarski posted the fastest pin for the Knights in 33 seconds.
Raheim Brunskill recorded a technical fall at 160 and Casey Strohmeyer won by major decision at at 140.
Derek Waughen (103) and Jeremy Milam (119) both won by decision.
The Knights jumped out to a big lead on Cape, bolting to a 46-3 lead before Cape captured a pair of pins at 171 and 189.
