Marsha and Martha Arthur added 9 and 8 points, respectively. Caesar Rodney 83, Sussex Tech 53 The Ravens couldn't keep up with the division leading Riders in a Henlopen North contest. Tyshia Coursey and Marsha Arthur led Tech with 18 and 12 points, respectively. The Ravens are now 8-10 in the division and overall. Sussex Central 49, Sussex Tech 38 The Ravens dropped to 8-9 in the Henlopen North and 8-9 overall with the loss to their neighborhood rivals. Rebecca Ames led Tech with 12 points. The Ravens trailed 29-19 at halftime. Sussex Tech 44, Lake Forest 36 The Ravens evened their records at 8-8 in the Henlopen North and overall with the victory over Lake Forest. Tyshia Coursey led the way with 15 points and Devon Lofland contributed 14. Tech bounced back from an 11-6 first quarter deficit to lead 23-15 at halftime. Cape Henlopen 51, Sussex Tech 49 The Ravens lost a heartbreaker on a follow shot with 1.5 seconds left by Cape's Julie Parseghian in a Henlopen North game. Tyshia Coursey led Tech with 18 points and Martha Arthur added 10. The Ravens are 7-8 in the division and overall. Tech fell behind 40-32 after being outscored 21-10 in the third quarter but recovered to take a 49-48 lead before a Cape free throw tied the game 49-49 with 10 seconds left. Sussex Tech 41, Polytech 39 The Ravens overcame an 8-point halftime deficit behind Tyshia Coursey to rise to 7-7 in the Henlopen North and overall. Coursey finished with 20 points and was 8-for-8 from the foul line. Seaford 55, Sussex Tech 42 The Ravens threatened an upset for three quarters but succumbed to the Blue Jays when they were outscored 21-8 in the fourth quarter. Devon Lofland's 11 points led Tech. Marsha and Martha Arthur scored 10 points apiece. Sussex Tech 41, Dover 31 Devon Lofland and Tyshia Coursey led the Ravens to the Henlopen North victory. Lofland finished with 16 points and Coursey with 12. Tech trailed after the first period but outscored Dover 17-6 in the second quarter to take control. Sussex Tech 44, Laurel 38 Tech overcame a 19-5 first quarter deficit to rise to 3-6 in the Henlopen North and overall. The Ravens took control by outscoring Laurel 18-7 in the third quarter and then holding the Bulldogs to just 4 points in the final period. No one scored in double figures for Tech but Devon Lofland and Martha Arthur scored 8 points apiece and Rebecca Ames added 6 more. Sussex Tech 58, Delmar 51 (OT) Tech used four points apiece in overtime by Rebecca Ames and Marsha Arthur to pull out the win and rise to 2-6 in the Henlopen North and overal. Devon Lofland sparked the Ravens with 18 points. Ames and Arthur finished with 11 and 9 points, respectively. Smyrna 44, Sussex Tech 41 The Ravens led 20-15 at halftime but couldn't hold on in falling to 1-6 in the Henlopen North and overall. Tyshia Coursey led Tech with 11 points and Marsha and Martha Arthur added 9 points apiece. Marsha Arthur was Tech's leading scorer against the division leaders with 8 points. Cape Henlopen 74, Sussex Tech 54 The Ravens fell behind 38-24 at halftime in the Henlopen North contest and couldn't recover in falling to 1-3 in the division and overall. Marsha and Martha Arthur paced Tech with 15 and 10 points, respectively. Devon Lofland added 9 points and Tyshia Coursey contributed 8 points. Seaford 54, Sussex Tech 39 The Ravens were outscored 26-9 in the fourth period in falling to 0-2 overall and in the Henlopen North. Tyshia Coursey's 12 points led Tech. Teammates Devon Lofland and Marsha Arthur contributed 11 and 10 points, respectively. Dover 48, Sussex Tech 46 The Ravens let a 20-point first half lead slip away in a heart-breaking season-opening Henlopen Conference Northern Division loss. After taking a 30-18 halftime lead, the Ravens could muster only 16 second half points including just four in the fourth quarter.
